I had my first hands-on experience with rubber stamps about two decades ago and I was immediately enthralled. I knew I'd found my creative outlet and there was no turning back.
After all these years I've learned this hobby is actually three hobbies and I love all three of them.
Buying Stamps/Supplies
My husband would tell you I've mastered this skill. Pre-pandemic I loved going into stores and finding the perfect items. Then when I was no longer willing to do that, I was drawn into the art of online shopping. It's available 24-hours-a-day and the choices!!! WOW! Some months I keep the postal service quite busy.
Organizing Those Stamps/Supplies
I am an organizer by nature and love to keep every area of our home as organized as possible. My craft supplies are no exception. I'm always looking for a better way to store things, making them as accessible as possible.
Creating with Those Stamps/Supplies
I love to make cards! For the most part they are all one-of-a-kind. I tend to get bored making multiples of the same card; therefore the only time I do so is when making the 35-40 cards that we send to the ministers in our association each year.
I didn't start tracking the number of cards I make until 2019, but here are those statistics:
In 2019 I made 595 cards.
In 2020 I made 474 cards.
In 2021 I made 534 cards.
In 2022 I made 499 cards.
In 2023 I made 544 cards.
In 2024 I made 703 cards.
Thank you for checking out my blog… please come back often!

3 is my favorite number too. "A cord of 3 strands is not easily broken!" Ecclesiastes 4:12
