I had the honor of hosting one of the VSN challenges this past Friday. The "Anything Goes" overall theme of this VSN left lots of options for challenge themes, which was fun. I hope you had to check them out... and even if you didn't create in live time, there is still time to participate.
My theme is Do the Twist.
Simply put, I asked participants to create a Twisted Easel Card... and for an added twist, they were asked to use a color combination that they normally wouldn't use.
I very rarely use lavender/purple and country blue together. In fact, I don't use lavender/purple much in any combination... so that's the colors I used for my Do the Twist card.
The panel behind the image looks almost brown in the photo. It's actually a plum color.
