You've probably noticed a couple of things if you check out my blog very often.
One - I love to color.
Two - I mostly color with Copic Markers.
I own several other coloring mediums but just seem to gravitate toward my Copics. There's nothing wrong with that, but I've decided to challenge myself to stretch out of my coloring comfort zone just a wee bit this year. Once a month I'll be sharing a card in my Alternative Coloring series. Only rule is, I must color with something other than Copics.
I colored these beautiful flowers from Gina K's The Best Flowers stamp set using Prismacolor Colored Pencils and Gamsol. I incorporated lessons learned at the virtual Stamp Joy this past weekend - where they said not to color completely to the edge; leave some white space.
I found this to be a very relaxing coloring experience.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
