NOTE: This is my second blog post today. If you're looking for my ONE to See in '23 card, keep scrolling or go HERE.
Fridays are special days - who doesn't love TGIF, right? But here on my blog Fridays are also special because they are the day I get to post as a design team member for Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.
For today's card I used the Row Boat in Nature stamp today.
You can check out the stamp set in the Blue Knight Rubber Stamps store - HERE.
Card #1
I colored the image with Copic Markers for this card.
After cutting the colored image with a Deckle die (Waffle Flower Deckled Frame) I had a bit of a white border round the edge as the die was larger than the image. I considered my options.
Option 1 - I could extend my coloring - but I didn't want to do that.
Option 2 - I could use a straight edge (in my case a metal ruler) and the chisel tip of a black Copic Marker to create an edge.
Card #2
For this card I stamped the image onto Kraft cardstock and colored with Sivo Vivid Colored Pencils.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
What fabulous work Jeanette. Love the way you have got two totally different looks by using different colouring mediums. Have to say though, that the black and white image with the black border is stunning also!
