It's a free day here on my blog - so I thought I'd do something a little different than my normal "share a card" kind of post. Instead let me introduce you to the newest addition to my Play Room...
Penny
First, a bit of back-story. For those of you who don't know, our son Brock loves to go to the park and feed the "ducks" (geese and ducks at the park are all called ducks, though he does know the difference and calls them the correct names if they are flying over our home).
Brock is 37-years-old, stands 6' tall and weighs much more than he should (just like his mama)... and he's terrified of dogs of all sizes. Seriously. He'll scream if they get too close. BUT he doesn't mind a bit when the ducks/geese surround him, waiting for a handout. Oh, and in case you didn't know, Brock is autistic.
He definitely LOVES his "ducks".
Sooooo... when I saw the cute little magnetic goose on Amazon, I knew I wanted it. I put it on my Christmas Wish List and my sweet husband gave it to me for Christmas (along with some other things).
The magnetic goose sits on my stamping desk - right beside my glues, tools, ink pads, and Copic markers. I named her Penny, because her main purpose is going to be to hold my glue bottle "pin" when I'm glueing... so the pin won't get lost.
Isn't she adorable?!?!?!
Yes, I know geese don't have pink feet... but the accent color in my Play Room is bright pink and the geese were available with orange, yellow, or bright pink feet, so I asked for pink.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
So Dang Cute--this post puts a smile on my face!
