Easter is nearly here, so I decided I should make an Easter card. Of course there are so many cute Easter bunny types of stamps and I'll admit I own quite a few of them, but today I've chosen to focus on the Cross.
This stamp is one of my favorites. It was designed by Dina Kowal (Dini from SCS) and manufactured by Impression Obsession. It is cling mount rubber, which makes me very happy. That means I can easily use it in my Misti, and that makes stamping these larger images so much better. I can stamp it again and again until I get good coverage.
Once it was stamped to my satisfaction, I let it air-dry for a while and then I used masking to blend the inks onto the image - first the yellows and then the greens.
Such a simple card but I'm happy with how it turned out.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
