PLEASE NOTE: This is my second blog post of the day. If you're here to see my Hot Mess card either keep scrolling (it's the next blog post) or click HERE.
I am back with my second week as a Guest Designer for the Color Challenge on SCS. I had such fun seeing the wide variety of Color Challenge cards last week, and I have no doubt it will be equally enjoyable this week.
So the Peacocks Were In the Roses
This week's Color Challenge (#CC891) is Pretty Peacock, Rococo Rose, and So Saffron, with Just Jade as the "dessert" element/color.
I used both Pretty Peacock and So Saffron cardstock to make my card and chose Copic markers similar to the color of Rococo Rose to color the blooms on my image. You'll also notice the stems/leaves are colored green - the green I used is similar to SU's Mossy Meadow, which is one of the neutral colors and therefore acceptable in the Color Challenge. My glitter enamel dots are similar to the color Just Jade, the "dessert" color this week.
I hope you'll check out the Color Challenge - HERE - and play along.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
