Sometimes I just want to play around with papers and see what happens so for this card I started by die cutting pieces and then just fiddled with them until I got a look that seemed okay.
Of course my tree also needed a sloped yard and a cute little bird and some sunshine to complete the scene.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!

Loving your polka dot tree and sun with your sweet birdie and striped grass!! Too, too cute, Jeanette!
What a creative card. Such a cute little bird too.
You sure did place all of the pieces in the right spots. This is adorable. I love the stripes and dots along with the embossed lines in the opposite direction along the edge. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
Jeanette this is gorgeous - love your gnarled tree trunks and the placing of the 'leaves'
Stay safe
Blessings

How fun is this- looks like you had a successful play with the dies and DP- fun way to use up some scraps! Your polka-dotted tree is awesome! Love this sweet bird!
