With Heartfelt Sympathy

Some of the most difficult cards for me to make are sympathy cards, perhaps because they are made for a sad occasion. I try to have a few on hand so I'll be prepared when the need arises to send one.

I try to choose soothing colors and simple designs for these cards.

The silhouette piece on the card is a diecut (not a stamp). It's from Picket Fence Studios and is called Lavender Frame Cover Plate.
