I actually made this card last week for the Walking on Sunshine Free for All Challenge (#F4A581) on SCS but am just now getting it loaded on my blog. I used a previously uninked stamp set that I've had for some time. It makes me think of my daughter - she'd gladly walk this many dogs (and more!) any day.
I used the masking technique and a stencil/ink to create the sunrays on the image.
