On the 7th of each month, the SCS Crafters of Faith group shares cards made with a common theme, chosen by one of the members. These challenges are inspired by Scripture, though the cards themselves do not have to have a religious theme.
This month Faye challenged us with the following...
Scripture: For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning. (Psalm 30:5)
Challenge: In thinking of this scripture through many years of my life there is a hymn that also comes to mind - All Through the Night. Use either the scripture or some words in the hymn for inspiration on your card.
I wanted to show both night and day on my card since the Scripture verse speaks of both. I didn't have the verse in stamp form so I generated it on my computer.
I hope Faye and the other Crafts of Faith like my card.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
