I don't remember the last time I participated in SCS's Teapot Tuesday challenge - but it's been a very long time and I've only done so once or twice before. If I understand the concept correctly, each week there is a challenge and a recipient. Participants make a card and have the option of sending their card to the recipient, someone who could certainly use some cheer in his/her mailbox.
I chose to participate this week at the gentle nudging of my friend Shelly (Thanks Shelly!). That being said, I was a bit of a rebel. The theme is Zen inspired, but I know nothing about Zen. The recipient does like dogs though and I own a lot of dog stamps, so I went with that theme. I also added a wee bit of green (at the hosts request) because it represents hope.
My Teapot Monday #MMTPT655 Card:
I used a post-it note for some masking so I could stamp the two pups overlapping.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
