Well Hello There

I checked out the Color Combination Challenge (CC825) on SCS yesterday and thought the colors were so cheerful so I decided to play along. The challenge calls for using Gorgeous Grape, Granny Apple Green, and Coastal Cabana - and in Karen's words some pearls for dessert. 

I went with something quirky and fun...

Unity - Well Hello There

For two of the colors I used the actual color of CS from Stampin' UP! (Coastal Cabana and Gorgeous Grape) but for the Granny Apple Green I used a piece of DP that was very close to the color and I colored my Wonky Donkey that color, too.

Honestly, I chose the image I did because I thought his pearly whites would be pearly enough. But then I ended up adding some pearls to my card, too, right next to the "h" in hello.

I also created a light shadow to the word hello using a light colored Copic marker similar to the color of Coastal Cabana.
