Kelly, Barb, and I have been doing a monthly challenge this year. It's an idea that Kelly came up with (with some help from her son) and invited Barb and I to join her in. You know that stack of stamps you have that you have never used or haven't used in a LONG time and are sitting on a shelf, collecting dust? It's time for us to take one down off the shelf and use it! But which one? The name *Stamp What?* comes from using only STAMPin' Up stamps for this challenge and never knowing WHAT it will be! Even we won't know which one it will be ~ it's chosen at random either by someone for us or by number generator. (I used a number generator to determine which one to use). Since it's chosen at random, it will be a surprise, even to us!
Stamp What?!!
I had 24 of the older (wood-mounted) SU stamp sets at the beginning of the year (I've since purged some more of them) so I numbered them and then let a random number generator choose this month's stamp set - Blossoms Abound, circa 2006. I actually purchased this stamp set second-hand a few years ago and I'm not even sure I've used it until now. That being said, I've decided to move it into my "To Be Sold" stack. I just don't see that it's one I'll use again so it might as well go to a new home.
I do love the detail of the 2-step images:
Be sure to head over to Kelly's blog and Barb's blog to see what stamp they've used this month - and of course to admire their creativity.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
