Happy Birthday USA

I used the fireworks stamp from the stamp set (and a variety of colors of ink) to create my own designer paper. I then cut it into the shape of a balloon using the My Favorite Things Perfect Fit Balloon die.

I added some rhinestones to the centers of most of the bursts of fireworks to give it some sparkle. I also stamped the HAPPY birthday USA sentiment onto my card.
