I went to get my new official ID/driver's license at the DMV earlier this month. After waiting nearly two weeks, it arrived in the mail Friday. I took one look at it and had to giggle. Now you might not know this, but my hair appears to be gray. In reality it is salt and pepper... but a lot more white than dark brown. So what caused the giggles. My new form of identification states that I have brown hair. *gasp! In fairness, they asked me if my information had changed, but I hadn't even really looked at my driver's license to see what it said. I thought they were likely referring to my weight - and I fibbed (I have gained some weight) and said, "No, it's pretty accurate."
shame. on. me.
Let's move on.
I am doing Sunday Summit posts on my blog on Sundays unless I have some "required" thing to post like last week's Hot Mess card. In simple words, Sunday Summit means I'll have a Bible Journaling sort of project to share.
This week it just seemed like I needed to do a post about gray hair. {insert giggling}
I will be your God throughout your lifetime --
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you.
