Kelly, Barb, and I usually share our Ready, Set, Go creations on the third Wednesday of each month, but this month we postponed it until today, since yesterday was a Dueling Darling day.
Not sure what Ready, Set, Go is? Well, it's a lot of fun! And a bit of creativity. And an extreme challenge theme.
Ready, Set, Go is an idea that Kelly came up with over two years ago and she invited Barb and I to join her on the adventure. We take turns choosing the theme, but the idea is for it to be a bit more challenging than just the average theme.
This month it was my turn to choose the theme. I reached out to Barb and Kelly via text message and without explaining why, I asked them each to take three little slips of paper and write a name a color on each one. Then they were to randomly select one of their three colors and tell me what it was. We did the same thing with embellishments. After all three of us had one color and one embellishment, I told them the challenge was to include ALL THREE colors and ALL THREE embellishments on their Ready, Set, Go! card this month.
Sooooo, it's...
Bright Blue, Plum, and Red
and
Enamel Dots, Ribbon, and Twine
Now that's what I call a challenge!
Ready? Set? Go!
Be sure to check out Barb's blog and Kelly's blog to see what they did with this Ready Set Go theme!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
