On December 3rd of 2018 I had a blog post that featured the a card I'd made with the stamp set I won as a Growing in Unity gal. The stamp set - A Good Life - is not my typical kind of stamp set, which is the reason I chose to receive it. I wanted something that was going to make me think outside the box.
My card on that blog post incorporated a new technique for me, something I'd seen that I wanted to try. You can see my December 3rd blog post HERE.
I decided at that time that I was going to use the A Good Life stamp set to make seven different cards - different techniques, etc.
You can see Cards #2 and #3 HERE. Cards #4 and #5 are HERE.
Today's blog post has the last two cards of this personal challenge - Cards #6 and #7.
Card #6
For this card I decided to heat emboss the image onto designer paper.
Card #7
For this card I stamped and heat embossed two images, using gold embossing powder. One of them I cut to the size of my card base. The other one I fussy cut around just the flower and then took a bone folder and carefully curved the outer edges. The fussy cut flower is lifted up off of the card base with pop dots just in the center of the flower.
I've really enjoyed making seven cards with this stamp set, each with a different technique. I've liked some of the cards; others not so much. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed the process.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
Both cards feature the Unity A Good Life stamp set stamped with Versamark Ink and heat embossed

How fun to challenge yourself to use a stamp in multiple ways! I gotta try that! I am loving the double layered embossed flower, but both are fabulous!
