Encouraging Someone This Month
Today is the 15th, time for a DUEL... Dueling Darling style.
This month the Divas were hosted by Judy and the Dazzlers (which I'm part of) were hosted by Donna.
These are Donna's words: As 2019 begins, many people make new goals for the New Year. Statistics show that most of those goals are never fulfilled. Judy and I decided that our theme this month would be "encouragement". Let's encourage someone to reach for that goal that they have set for themselves, whether it be a New Year resolution or just something that a friend or family member may be striving for.
Donna's kit included the following items:
Gin K Hope is Faith butterfly stamp (retired) stamped on Nennah Solar White cardstock with Memento Black ink
Gina K Inside and Out (retired) sentiment stamped on Neenah Solar White cardstock with Memento Black ink
Designer Paper: The Paper Studio Denim and Pearls cardstock
Embellishments: Paper Sweeties twine, heart brads, sequins, ribbon, and gems from my stash
Thank you, Donna! I hope you (and the other DDD) like my card!
Be sure to check out the other Dueling Darlings cards, too. You'll find links to both the Dazzlers and the Divas blogs in my left sidebar.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
The only thing I used to make this card in addition to the kit that Donna provided was cardstock - Recollections Black, 110# Pink, and White.
Jeanette, you did a wonderful job considering you just got your it. Love your design, The paper you used is one of my favorite as it goes so well with the butterfly. Thanks for being so patient with the PO. Your card was worth it!
