My answer to both of those questions would be a resounding No! However, there is one good thing - at least one - about snowy days! And The Project Bin's North Pole stamp set says it so well...

I have been inside the last couple of afternoons (making cards) as we have had almost continual thunder rolling around, and finally got some rain this evening.... typical us for December - warm sunny mornings and then that!
