Last weekend Splitcoast Stampers had a Virtual Stamping Night (VSN) event - Holiday Stories. I actually hosted one of the challenge themes. If you didn't see my blog post about that challenge and my card, check it out HERE.
I had good intentions of participating in all of the challenges, but life has gotten in the way of that. Instead, so far I've only done two: the one for my challenge and the one on my blog today. UGH! The deadline is quickly approaching and I seriously doubt I'll get many more (if any) of the cards made. So sad.
Today's card is for Sharon's challenge. Sharon is my Baking Partner this round in the Baker's Dozen Card Swap, so of course I had to do her challenge, right?
Challenge: First Christmas
This is Sharon's instructions... When I heard the theme Holiday Stories, I immediately thought of the first Christmas! So, my challenge is to be inspired by either the first Christmas story in the Bible, a nativity scene for example, or by Baby's first Christmas or first Christmas in a new home. You get the idea. The main thing is to have fun and get a card done.
Oh, as is the case with all of the VSN Challenges, there is a one hour time limit. That's okay though... this card only took me 32 minutes to make (including the inside, which is minimally decorated).
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
