You might have noticed... I have mentioned a few times on my blog that I went to a stamping gathering of online friends in Wisconsin not too long ago. It really was a lot of fun! We spent Saturday at a stamping retreat of sorts. The morning was a card class where we made 5 different cards. Then in the afternoon/evening we just worked on whatever we wanted to.
I took a lot of card kits with me and other supplies, too. The kits were ones I've received over the years but hadn't had a chance to use yet. They are easy to pack and take with me.
BUT... note to self! When taking kits to a retreat/crop, BE SURE TO TAKE A PACK OF BLACK CS WITH YOU! Well, if you're like me and like to layer/mat with black CS. Shucks! These cards would have looked so much better if I'd had some black CS with me.
Card #1
Card #2
Card #3
The kits I used did not have any manufacterer information in them so I can't share that information. I do know Card #1 is an Art Impressions stamp and Card #2 is a Stamping Bella stamp.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
All are fabulous, Jeanette, but the quilt card has stolen my heart!! I lost my dear quilt-making friend a few months ago. She had gifted me with one of her amazing designs after my husband died. It will always be a treasure to me. I am going to her estate sale in March and will try to buy some more!
ReplyDeleteThree super cute and pretty cards!
ReplyDeleteThey're all wonderful Jeanette.

Jeanette--your cards are so cute! They do not need the black cardstock as they are so pretty the way they are. We did have a great time!
