Time for Birthday Cake

The Creative Card Chicks group on SCS was hosted by Barb this month. She sent a Whipper Snapper image and see fun papers/embellishments for us to create with, noting that most of us can use birthday cards and she loves Whipper Snapper Designs stamps.
