I haven't used any Penny Black stamps for a while, so decided to drag one out to color up and make a card for today.

NOTE: The Washi Tape wasn't showing up on the designer paper very well, so I distressed the DP by tearing off the top layer where the Washi Tape would go, leaving behind the white core
