Everyone needs at least a few craZy friends! I'm no exception. That's why I opened a new (unique kind of) swap this year - for all my Christmas CraZy friends.
We swap every two months... and all we swap is a Christmas image (and optional sentiment) along with some designer paper. And we only swap with one partner. It's pretty simple.
This first round - January/February - there was an odd number of participants which meant I didn't have a partner. No problem (I thought to myself)... I'd just use one of my own Christmas stamps and play along that way.
But no, No, NO! I had a surprise heading my way. See, Paola was very observant and she noticed in the list that I didn't have a partner.... so she sent me an adorable image, a pair of sentiments, and a couple of pieces of double-sided designer paper. THANK YOU so much, Paola!
Here's the card I made:

How sweet!!!! What a lovely little drummer boy - my favorite Christmas carol! Beautiful papers and lovely coloring - as always!
ReplyDeleteMy mother and father have made their own Christmas cards from the day they married. This year was their 67th edition. My mother has chosen to use the little drummer boy twice and those are still her favorite cards!! Your card is precious, Jeanette!
