A Heart of Gratitude

Are you a thankful person? I try to be, but I'm sure I often times forget to express gratitude as I should.

I should take lessons from my son, Brock. He. always. says. thank. you. Always!

Brock, I need to give you a flu shot now. Thank you.

(While handing him a bag of trash) Brock, please take this bag out to the trash can. Thank you.

Brock, I need you to take this pill - and DON'T chew it. Thank you (said while chewing it, thus releasing the nasty taste onto his taste buds).

Yes, Brock is thankful - ALWAYS!

I'm going to try harder to follow his example.

There's a new One Stitch at a Time Challenge that will help us to be more thankful.

  3. You really are the queen of using papers and managing to coordinate with pleasing to the eye results :) I have such problems with design papers hahahaha, think it is because I hate the mixes of patterns lol. Love how you have used the Coosty sentiment Jeanette, and with all your layering this really is a card anybody would love to receive :) :) :) Big hugs Jane xxxxx
