Today is the day for the monthly blog hop of the Carriers of Faith blog group. I love this group of ladies! Each one is a woman of great faith who also just happens to be a paper-crafter. How fun!
So on the 9th of each month, one of us serves as hostess, which means she comes up with the Scripture and/or theme of the blog hop and we get to create and have fun together.
This IS a blog hop, so if you are here because you hopped over from Carol's blog, good for you! If you are here just because you love me and check my blog regularly, good for you, too!!! However, you might want to go to Carol's blog and start at the beginning so that you don't miss any of the blog hop!
This month Carol is our hostess. This is her theme...
APRIL Challenge : Theme: "All God's Children".
For your card/project and/or photo, please create something depicting a baby, child, teen, adult ("as we are all special in his eyes")
Scripture: "And Jesus took a child and put him in this midst of them, and taking him in his arms, he said to them, "Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me, receives not me but him who sent me. " ~Mark 9:36-37
Carol, I love your theme.
It reminds me of how much our Lord loved little children.
I looked through my stash of stamps and didn't find what I was looking for so I went to the internet and searched for free images to use.
Aren't those sweet pictures? I couldn't choose just one, so decided to use them both.
Here's the card I made:
Here's the inside of my card:
I hope you'll have fun on the blog hop. The next one you'll see is Shelly's blog. But just in case you get lost along the way, here's the list of the hop.
