While I've mentioned several times lately how much I'm tired of winter - and ready for summer - I must admit there is great beauty in watching the snow fall. Even this past week, when the snowy weather kept my husband stranded at JFK Airport in New York City for over 24 hours, I thought there was beauty in the great big snowflakes that were falling. (I'm not sure my husband would have agreed with me.) It seems to me that the larger the snowflakes, the more beautiful they are.
So, when I found this great big snowflake
in one of those card kits I have,
it just had to be the focal point of my card...
There was also an image in the card kit,
so I used it inside my card...
This is my 43rd card in the 100 Cards in 100 Days Challenge.
Thank you for stopping by my blog today!
Most of the items on this card were included in a card kit that I received in a swap. The only things I added were the Stampin' UP! Night of Navy card base and the sentiment on the front of the card which was manufactured by a company called Imaginations. I used my Copic Markers and a Zig Wink of Stella Marker to color the image that is found inside the card.
A beautiful card and am loving that huge snowflake!! So pretty - inside and out.
