My friend Linda (ljhart) has an annual swap on SCS - Butterflies - in memory of her infant son. I always consider it a great honor to participate in her swap.
Here's the card I made this year:
It doesn't show up well in the photos, but the diecut butterfly has some dimension. I glued just the tip of the Lavender Lace piece to the coordinating black piece under it and then used a pop dot under the Lavender Lace one to pop it up and give it flight.
