I love these Tic Tac Toe Challenges because there are so many options!
I went diagonally - Ribbon, Flowers, and Pink Cardstock.
The image and sentiment are from an old Stampin' UP! stamp set called Spring Solitude.
I added just a few more flowers inside my card:
