Go Fly a Kite

Today is March 29th. It is the 88th day of 2013. Therefore, even though I have officially posted 100 cards to my blog this year, I still have a bit more to do to meet MY personal goal for the 100 Cards in 100 Days Challenge.

My goals were twofold:

1. To create 100 cards in the first 100 days of 2013, without purchasing anything new to use on them.

2. To have a new blog post on my blog every day of the first 100 days of 2013.

So, here is my 88th day blog post:

I made this card for Barb's Penny Black Card Swap on SCS. The Penny Black stamp/image is called Fly with Me. Because it's a pretty large image (which makes it super easy/fun to color with my Copics), I went with a very simple layout and minimal embellishments.

Here is the inside of my card:

The Happy Spring! sentiment is a little D.O.T.S. stamp that I purchased at a yard sale many years ago.
