{PIN}Spirational Flower

I love Pinterest! Did you know? Oh my word, you should see how many wonderful things I've pinned!

Sooooooooo... when I heard about a challenge blog called {PIN}Spirational Challenges, I knew I had to check it out. I am not sorry I did.

Every Tuesday {PIN}Spirational Challenges posts a picture (from Pinterest) and the challenge is to create a card based on that picture. Isn't that fun???

Here's this week's picture:

I looked through my stash, trying to find a stamp I thought would work. I ended up choosing a VERY OLD Whipper Snapper stamp called Square Sunflower (though mine doesn't look like a sunflower, based on the colors I used).

I paper-pieced the image, rather than coloring... just because I wanted to. ;) And, yes... that is 4 stamped images, since the stamp is only 1/4 of a flower. (That's why I photographed the stamp, too... so you could see what I used.)

Oh course, I  had to do the inside of my card, too:

This was a fun challenge! I can hardly wait to see what the picture for next week's challenge will be.
