Here's what I bought:
A package of Crayola Party Invitations
cost: 10 cents
The inside of the cards was imprinted with the party specifics, but with 8 invitations in the package, I knew I'd find a way to adapt them so they wouldn't have to be party invitations.
I had a Bugaboo crayon image that I knew would go perfectly with the crayon theme of the card. It's called BBS Crayon Girl.
I popped the Bugaboo image up off of the card. It doesn't show up in the pictures very well, but I popped the right side triangle of green and stripes off the card, too.
For the inside of the card, I cut sections off of a second invitation and glued them inside the card.
Brilliant card, Jeanette! Cute, bright & fun! Very creative.
ReplyDeleteHow creative! Love that you found something for 10 cents that you turned into such a darling card.
