Note: I have two blog posts today - this one and the Crafty Ho one that follows it.
Today is a very special day! It's the day that the Kit Cats and I are heading to the beach!!! YAY!
I ♥ the Kit Cats!
For those of you who may not know what I'm talking about, the Kit Cats consist of five online friends who each month (usually on the first Sunday of the month, but this time we're posting on the second Sunday) create cards/etc. using identical kits provided by one of the Kit Cats.
I was the hostess this month, so I am especially excited to see what my fellow Kit Cats have made.
But first let me show you my card:
When I put the kits together, I was so tired of WINTER and longed for warmer days.......... so I chose to use the beach image from The Greeting Farm called Cheeky Beach.
Isn't she darling???
I also included an assortment of designer papers and embellishments in the kits that I sent to the Kit Cats. All they needed to supply was their own cardstock.
I loved the seashell brads!
I used some wave paper inside the card...
And a touch of seashell paper, too!
The coral-colored fabric tag says it all: Ravishing!
Now, let's go to the Beach and check out the other Kit Cat creations....
Image: The Greeting Farm Cheeky Beach
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Copic Markers
Cardstock: Papertrey White and Stampin' UP! Ballet Blue and Yo Yo Yellow
Designer Paper: Paper Studio Airbrushed Waves and Seashells
Embellishments: Creative Impressions Brown Web Ribbon, EK Success Fabric Tab Sticker, Eyelet Outlet Sheashell Brads, Nikki Sivils Bread(less) Tab, and Paper Studio Gemstones (Clear and Lught Blue)
