Sew Many Cards Challenge - MALE Theme

This week the Sew Many Cards Challenge is a THEME CHALLENGE

Project for a Male
(adult or child)

The Sponsor for this week's challenge is KLM Digital Designs.

KLM Digi Stamps (KLM Designs) was started by a Mother & Daughter team. Kathryn (owner of KLM Digi Stamps) and Sue (Company’s artist) started designing digital stamps for their own creations. After much response & excitement to their designs they formed KLM Digi Stamps.

KLM carry’s a large selection of designs from clowns, which are the company’s signature design todigital sentiments. All images are delivered ZIP format. Each image file contains JPEG and PNG format files. Images can be resized, reversed and altered to your likings.

We want to thank Kathryn Myhre, the owner of KLM Digital Designs for providing the generous prize for this week's challenge. The lucky winner will receive 3 digital images of her choice from the KLM Designs store.

For my MALE project - a card - I used the Sew Many Cards Morty Fishing image. After sizing the image, I colored it with my Copic markers. I chose to put a bright orange life jacket on Morty. I wanted my fisherman to be safe out in that canoe.

I didn't want too much embellishment and no fluff at all, since this is a male project. Instead I went with multiple layers of paper, both designer papers and cardstock. I added four small red brads to the corners of the image for just a splash of color.

I'd love to see your MALE project, too, so please go to the Sew Many Cards Challenge Blog and check join us in this week's challenge. And be sure to come back each Friday for a new challenge hosted by Sew Many Cards. Each week features creative fun and wonderful prizes!
